Acceptable Usage Policy

Mondoze Malaysia’s Acceptable Usage Policy is designed to protect its users. To emphasise, Mondoze Malaysia ensure the users are free from illegal, malicious, damaging and inappropriate behavior. All Mondoze Malaysia users are subject to the Usage Policy. Moreover, the Usage Policy lists activities that are prohibited on Mondoze Malaysia’s services. For instance, such as hacking and spamming.

Privacy Policy

Mondoze Malaysia’s Privacy Policy covers treatment of information that Mondoze Malaysia may collect from users of its products and services and from visitors to the Mondoze Malaysia site.

Anti-Spam Policy

In our ongoing commitment to provide efficient services for our customers, Mondoze Malaysia has introduced a new, more vigilant anti-spam policy. Besides, we have implemented the following policy as a part of our commitment to reduce spam related activity.

Money Back Guarantee

  1. Our VPS hosting services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or performance of our services.

  2. You may cancel your VPS hosting plan within seven (7) days of sign-up and receive a full refund of any fees paid, less any setup fees, domain registration fees, processing fees, additional IP, IP changing fee that may have been incurred during the purchase process. However, any promotional VPS hosting services are not eligible for a refund.

  3. You agree to use our VPS hosting services only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with the services we provide to other customers. Services that are suspended or terminated due to non-compliance of the AUP and TOS are not eligible for refunds.

  4. We reserve the right to terminate your VPS hosting plan or suspend your access to our services at any time and for any reason, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms of use or any applicable laws or regulations.

  5. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our VPS hosting services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  6. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our VPS hosting services, your violation of these terms of use, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

  7. The monthly bandwidth usage on your VPS is under 10% of your monthly quota.

  8. These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to our VPS hosting services, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

By using our VPS hosting services, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms of use at any time without notice.

NOTE: If you wish to change the IP address associated with your VPS hosting plan, you may do so by submitting a request to us. The IP change request must be made within 24 hours of purchasing the VPS. Any requests submitted after this timeframe may result in additional fees of RM45 per IP changing will be charged for each request. We urge all customers to comply with this policy to avoid any inconvenience.
